PRODUCT PURCHASES
Refunds are not available for purchase of any products on this website. Returns are accepted subject to the terms stated in “Product Returns”.
PRODUCT RETURNS
We only accept returns in the event that the product you ordered is damaged or defective. To complete your return, we first require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to info@crafugees.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send you a replacement provided we have stock available. Else, you will be given store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Maker's Habitat, E-1-5, Block E, Plaza Damas, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
